Advaita

A Sanskrit word used in Hinduism that means non-dual.

A state where only Brahman exists as the Real and unchanging.

The physical world merely an illusion (maya) subject to continual change.

Differentiation, as in perceiver and perceived, or subject and object, are illusory.

The goal of human life and wisdom must therefore, be the realisation that the self is Brahman - expressed "thou art that".

When appearance is seen for what it is (maya) it becomes a liberated Self.
Sankara expressed it thus - "Brahman alone is Real.

The world is appearance, atman is nothing but Brahman". I AM.
